Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers in friendly conversations to generate interest in premium window and door solutions
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations with homeowners
- Educate homeowners about Marvin’s products and services
- Set up and maintain professional branded displays at Costco and retail events
- Drive leads that directly impact company growth
No hard selling or cold calling—just great conversations with interested homeowners.
Requirements
- Enjoy talking to people and meeting new faces
- Confident starting conversations with strangers
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a performance-based environment
- Resilient when hearing "no" and able to move on to the next opportunity
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, or sales experience is a plus, but no prior experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Pay
Guaranteed $20/hour base pay with unlimited weekly bonuses. Top performers regularly earn $25–$35+ per hour, with potential to earn significantly more.
Schedule
Flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends. Weekly pay.
