Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers in friendly conversations to generate interest in premium window and door solutions.
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations with homeowners.
- Educate homeowners about our products and services.
- Set up and maintain professional branded displays at Costco and retail events.
- Drive leads that directly impact company growth through great conversations (no hard selling or cold calling).
Qualifications
- Enjoy talking to people and meeting new faces.
- Confident starting conversations with strangers.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable in a performance-based environment and hearing "no."
- Want your effort to directly impact your paycheck.
- At least 18 years old with reliable transportation and a smartphone.
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift and lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, and sales experience are all great backgrounds for this role. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training.
Pay
Guaranteed $22/hour base pay with unlimited weekly bonuses for every qualified appointment. Top performers regularly earn $25–$35+ per hour.
