About the role

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking Part‑time Retail Marketers. Selected applicants will work on site at a variety of retail stores, interacting with potential customers and providing product demonstrations to generate leads for the local office. The role requires exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision while keeping the manager informed
• Meet predetermined performance goals
• Generate high‑quality leads for industry‑leading products

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and have reliable transportation
• Willing to work weekday evenings (Monday–Thursday)
• Weekend availability is a must
• Attention to detail and punctual
• Smartphone required
• Strong desire to educate potential customers about the product
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time
• Ability to utilize the proven system to generate leads for the #1 rated product

Pay

• Base rate: $18/hour plus commission
• Commission opportunities allow motivated marketers to earn $25+/hour
• Compensation increases based on performance
• Paid weekly (every Friday)

Schedule
