Brand Ambassador ($18/hr)

About the role

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking Part-time Retail Marketers to attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. The role is responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision while keeping the manager informed
• Meet predetermined performance goals
• Generate high quality leads for industry-leading products

Requirements

• Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Smartphone required
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about the product
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time
• Ability to utilize proven system to generate leads for #1 rated product
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Dependable with reliable transportation

Pay

• Base pay: $18/hour plus commission
• Commission opportunities allow motivated marketers to earn $25+/hour
• Compensation increases based on performance
• Paid weekly (every Friday)

Schedule

• Part-time hours; hours and days vary
• Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Work on-site at a variety of retail stores
