About the role

LeafFilter Gutter Protection is seeking Part-time Retail Marketers to work on site at a variety of retail stores. Hours and days vary, and weekend availability is a must. For Immediate Hire!

Compensation

• Industry leading starting pay: $18/hour plus commission
• Commission opportunities allow motivated marketers to earn $25+/hour
• Compensation increases based on performance
• Paid weekly (every Friday)

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers
• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
• Meet predetermined performance goals
• Generate high quality leads for LeafFilter’s industry leading products

Requirements

• Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Smartphone required
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about the product
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time
• Ability to utilize the proven system to generate leads for LeafFilter’s #1 rated product
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and have reliable transportation
