Brand Advocate Position in Webster, Texas

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. This role involves performing customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors, enticing customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter.

Perfect for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers with free products to entice them into the store.
• Use AIDA model scripts to persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter.
• Encourage customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Drive customers to the store by making them aware of special offers and participation terms.
• Turn objections into leads and convert sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
