About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program, you will entice each walk-by customer with free products so they will come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter. Persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and desire for Cellairis products/services.
• Drive customers to the store counter to receive free goods or services by agreeing to participation terms.
• Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in retail sales preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals; sampling selling experience is a plus.
• Must have a manageable commute (non-public transportation required).
