Brand Advocate Position in Live Oak, Texas

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated individuals to perform customer conversion sales at the store entrance. As a Brand Advocate, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action), you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to drive customers to the Cellairis counter by making them aware of special offers.

Required Attitude & Personality

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally with high energy. Recognizes and capitalizes on a high percentage of sales opportunities.
• Attitude: Always maintains a positive and open attitude, positively affecting team members. Open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis store entrance.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to engage walk-by customers and drive them to the store counter.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers are aware of special offers and participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.

Physical & Logistical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).
