About the role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Your role is to entice walk-by customers with free products, encouraging them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and capitalize on high-percentage sales leads.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable distance).

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Skills

• Outgoing and approachable with a persuasive personality.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and persistent.
• Ability to memorize and use scripts naturally with high energy.
• Positive attitude, open to coaching, and able to motivate team members.
• Genuine concern for customers and mastery of the Customer Service Guide.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available.
