Brand Activator

About the role

HSP Brands is a company that builds meaningful connections between people and premium products through dynamic brand activations. We represent a variety of adult beverage and lifestyle brands across Southern California, working closely with top retailers to deliver engaging, high-impact consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent top-tier beverage brands at retail locations and event tastings
• Engage with customers, share brand stories, and educate consumers on product details
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive, memorable brand experience
• Set up and manage product samples or displays (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs)
• Stand for 4–6 hours during activations
• Participate in fun incentive programs, contests, and cash prize opportunities

Requirements

• Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn and master product knowledge (training provided)
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
• Customer service or sales experience preferred (1+ year)
• RBS certification required
