Responsibilities

  • Aid customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Accurately and consistently process sales transactions according to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
  • Clean store equipment.
  • Assist with making deliveries as needed.
  • Stay knowledgeable on products offered and suggest additional options.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

About the Role

The position involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items. The company conducts a criminal background check to ensure safety and protect the business and its operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

Schedule

The position requires flexibility to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. The company provides priority referrals for Protected Veterans through state and local employment services delivery systems.
