What You'll Do
- Create a positive member experience each time through confidence and enthusiasm - you are the face of Service Credit Union.
- Serve and engage our members from all aspects of their transactions.
- Create and open member accounts.
- Accurately process all member transactions maintaining proper privacy and security while exercising good judgement.
- Provide outstanding service, problem resolution, and needs-based selling.
Qualifications
- Cash handling experience desired.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
