About the role
Greets members by phone and in person and determines the nature of service required. Either provides requested services or directs them to the appropriate area. May provide notary and/or DMV license transactions and services. Resolves problems and assists with administrative functions in absence of manager. Provides high level of customer service according to Club's Quality Assurance Standards. Auto Club Enterprises is the largest club within the national AAA federation.
