Pay

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $21-26/hr. The pay range provided above is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above. Schedule

This position is 30 hours a week, Monday-Friday between 7:30am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Use inclusive behaviors and use multi-tasking/prioritization to serve as subject matter expert for branch team members
• Use advanced skills to maximize sales opportunities, take ownership and lead by example with all showroom sales promotions and product specials, and exceed customer expectations
• Oversee the entire customer experience. This includes appropriate product selection, accurate order entry and maintenance, safely picking product, and safely loading customer vehicle.
• Learn and easily navigate through several computer applications for customer-facing and warehouse activities
• Perform actions consistent with branch sales focus to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in related field
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
• Adapt communication and style
