Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maximize Sales Potential: Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
  • Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
  • Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
  • Support Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
  • Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
  • Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
  • Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.
  • Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
  • Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
  • Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
  • Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
  • Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Driver’s License: Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
