Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Branch Sales Manager for their Financial Services Branch Department. The right candidate will lead the Loan Officers in meeting or exceeding branch/company objectives. Annual salary range $90,000 to $125,000. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Coach Loan Officers on sales techniques and focus on increasing levels of businessReview the PTC reportReview and monitor the Production Summary reportReview the Lock Expiration reports along with the Overage/Concessions reportDay-to-day problem solving with Loan OfficersTrain Loan OfficersSpend time in building sales officesTrack application capture rateLead weekly Loan Officer meetingAttend weekly meeting with the builderTrack closing capture rateRecruitingReview customer surveys with Loan OfficersAttend Realtor functionsReview performance of the Loan Officers Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises two or more Loan Officers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
