Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve branch goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
