Essential Functions
- Delivers an exceptional, full-service banking experience to new and existing clients, with a strong focus on relationship-building, sales, and personalized service.
- Bridges the branch to life by planning and hosting engaging events and community outreach activities that strengthen local relationships.
- Opens new accounts, supports consumer lending needs, and proactively assists clients with a variety of financial services and solutions.
- Acts as a trusted problem-solver by addressing client concerns directly or connecting clients with the right internal partners for additional support.
- Identifies opportunities to deepen relationships by recommending relevant bank products and services, including commercial offerings, based on client needs.
- Builds lasting connections by actively following up with clients and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
- May process cash transactions, open and maintain accounts, and originate and close consumer or small business loans.
- Supports daily branch operations, including transaction processing and additional customer service responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years’ experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing or other directly related experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Previous experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.
- Working knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services and transactions.
- Solid knowledge of all retail products and services.
- Basic knowledge of consumer lending applications.
- Proven customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills.
- Solid mathematical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Solid interpersonal & relationship building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.

Pay
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $23 - $26 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
