Branch Operations Summer Internship
Job Details
Promptly greets customers and provides assistance.
Leads customer to the appropriate staff member to meet customer’s needs.
Answers the telephone, provides information, and enters correspondence information in the system as applicable.
Provides superior service to customers regarding the statuses of their current accounts.
Completes and files paperwork involved with the loan closing process.
Ensures that all customer information is accurate and up to date in the electronic data system.
May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Communication, or a related field of study.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desire to work in a team setting.
- Ability to work 15 hours a week minimum.
Preferred Qualifications
- Junior or Senior in four-year degree or bachelor's degree program.
- Previous customer service experience.
Hours Of Work
- Part-time, Non-exempt
- Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.
- Saturday hours required seasonally and as business needs require.
Physical Demands
- Frequently sits for extended periods.
- Reaches with hands and arms.
- Operates computer and phone systems.
- Talks or hears.
- Occasionally moves about.
- Must be physically present in the office.
- Lifts and/or moves up to twenty (20) pounds.
