About the Role

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you'll team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. You’ll provide administrative support to one or multiple financial advisors, playing a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams.
  • Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling transfers, and processing requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor to handle tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan.
  • Technology: Utilize and learn new technology and programs, including MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm-provided software.

Pay

The hiring minimum and maximum range shown is a subset of the total pay range. Compensation includes:

  • Base salary with opportunities for merit-based increases
  • Bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, as well as individual performance
