About the Role
The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role partners with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As a BOA, you will provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors, playing a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
- Administrative & Operational Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan
- Technology: Utilize and learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm-provided software

Requirements
- Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry

Pay
The hiring minimum and maximum range shown is a subset of the total pay range. There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role. Compensation includes:

- Bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, as well as individual performance
