About the Role

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is a vital part of our team, providing administrative support to financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, contributing unique experiences and professional backgrounds to drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
  • Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling account transfers, and processing transactions at the direction of the financial advisor.
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan.
  • Utilize and learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm-provided software.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor.
  • Strong computer literacy with a willingness to learn new technology and programs.

Pay

The hiring minimum and maximum range is a subset of the total pay range. There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role. Compensation includes bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, as well as individual performance.
