About the Role

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is a fulfilling opportunity to team up with financial advisors and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As a BOA, you will provide administrative support to one or more financial advisors, playing a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Support and Development

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams
  • Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Handle various tasks independently at the direction of the financial advisor, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, supporting marketing initiatives, updating SOPs, and executing the branch business plan
  • Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software

Pay

The hiring minimum and maximum range shown is a subset of the total pay range. There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role. Compensation includes:

  • Base salary
  • Bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, as well as individual performance
  • Discretionary and variable compensation programs reflecting the firm’s success
