About the Role
The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is a fulfilling opportunity to team up with financial advisors and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As a BOA, you will provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of financial advisors, playing a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
- Administrative & Operational Support: Handle various tasks independently at the direction of the financial advisor, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan
- Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new programs, such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software

Pay
The hiring minimum and maximum range shown is a subset of the total pay range. Compensation includes:
- Base salary with opportunities for merit-based increases as you progress in the role
- Discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, as well as individual performance
