As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

What You Will Do

  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Manage client accounts, handle account transfers, and prepare documentation.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline processes by updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and executing the branch business plan.
  • Utilize technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm-provided software.
