About the role
The Branch Office Administrator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and organizing branch activity records for the sales branch location. This role requires engaging in and promoting safe work behaviors, updating the branch sales board, checking sample statuses, creating service packs, drafting customer lists, ordering supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, contacting manufacturers, inputting waste information, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with record-keeping tasks.
Responsibilities
- Engage in and promote safe work behaviors in accordance with CC safety guidelines
- Sort and file daily control sheets from the previous day's work
- Update the branch sales board
- Check sample statuses on the company intranet
- Create service packs with labels and manifests for the Sales Service Team
- Draft a list of customers that have not been serviced or potential call-ins
- Order office and sales supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of the office
- Contact manufacturers to obtain contact names and fill out lead sheets
- Create inbound and outbound spreadsheets for waste material
- Input waste information from drivers into the Crystal Clean computer program
- Maintain accurate files of inbound/outbound paperwork
- Aid the Branch Manager in maintaining accurate records of Branch activity
- Adhere to all corporate policies and standards, including but not limited to: environmental and regulatory, human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Proficiency in using Microsoft programs: Excel, Outlook, Word
