Requirements
- Study for and pass the SIE, Series 7, and Insurance.
- Be proficient in the structure and pricing of investment products.
- Show offerings to clients and obtain bids with appropriate marks.
- Set up various types of accounts.
- Program applications such as Excel, Word, Bloomberg, Dashboard, CRM.
- Determine profit/loss from cost basis and/or stand.

About the Role
Crews & Associates is seeking a Branch Office support individual to join the Searcy Team. The ideal candidate will assist sales in the business of buying and selling bonds with customers of Crews & Associates, assist in acquiring new customers, and interact with clients and the broker dealer community. They will also assist in daily office operations, write trade tickets accurately and promptly, and handle trade problems efficiently. Additionally, they will serve as the "ears and eyes" for their assigned sales team and maintain client files.
