Branch Manager Overview

Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products, seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead its growth and profitability. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in managing sales and operations teams in distribution or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Profit & Loss responsibility and accountability across all areas of the operation
• Implement a business strategy ensuring sales growth, effective cost control, and operational excellence
• Handle multiple tasks under deadlines, motivating teams to perform at their peak
• Lead sales and operations teams, meeting corporate financial goals

Requirements

• Business to business sales experience preferred
• Building Products experience preferred
• Full Profit & Loss responsibility experience required
• Excellent analytical skills in financial forecasting and sales management
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Inventory control and purchasing experience
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable principles
• A proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams
• Results-oriented leader who enjoys solving problems
• Problem solver who can handle multiple tasks under deadlines
• Ability to motivate employees to perform at their peak

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience leading sales and operations
• Experience leading a sales and operations yard and warehouse, equipment, and inventory of materials
• Experience meeting corporate financial goals
