Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our business growth and ensure profitability. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in managing sales and operations teams in distribution or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Profit & Loss responsibility and accountability in all areas of the operation
• Implement a business strategy ensuring sales growth, effective cost control, and operational excellence
• Handle multiple tasks under deadlines and motivate employees to perform at their peak
• Lead sales and operations teams in a building products environment
• Meet corporate financial goals

Requirements

• 5 years experience in sales and operations management
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
• Results oriented leader who enjoys motivating a team
• Problem solver who can handle multiple tasks under deadlines
• Able to motivate employees to perform at their peak

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills in financial forecasting and sales management
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable

Skills

• Knowledge of the building materials industry
• Experience leading sales
• Experience leading operations, including yard and warehouse, equipment, and inventory of materials
