Branch Manager (Norfolk)
Essential Functions
- Ensure staff follow practices and regulations in the Retail Policy Procedure Manual
- Provide excellent customer service to store’s clients
- Ensure store reaches the maximum performance in line with the budget
- Help to organize and ensure full training is carried out with all new employees
- Absorb appearance of branch is neat and tidy at all times
- Absorb all ways to control operation and staff costs in branch
- Absorb all Money Laundering and Compliance regulations are adhered to at all times
- Absorb all inventories are reconciled on a daily basis in line with procedures
- Absorb adequate inventories of foreign and US Dollar currencies are maintained to support regular seasonal volumes
- Absorb sufficient stocks of foreign and US currency through wholesale inventory ordering
- Absorb accurate and detailed records of all transactions, expenses, and inventory levels for accounting purposes
- Absorb excellent working relationship between CXI and the landlord for the facility we lease our branch location from
- Absorb Marketing of the branch through referral flyer distribution, web marketing, and check cashing flyer distribution

Schedule
40 hours per week
Available to work Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Coverage may be needed other days if call outs occur).

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
- Experience in foreign exchange and banking preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of money laundering regulations and compliance
