Branch Manager (Nashville International Airport)

About the role

As a Branch Manager at SIXT, you will lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-quality service. You will drive your branch to success through sales experience and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, focusing on increasing revenue and profitability.
• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings.
• Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment process.
• Manage the vehicle fleet and operational tasks (e.g., health and safety, corporate CI, defleets), delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflows.
• Ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years of work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental or relevant experience).
• Strong supervisory and communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (a plus).
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent customer service skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to work day and evening shifts.

Pay

Starting salary of $64,500 plus an annual bonus incentive capped at $30,000.
