Pay
Starting salary: $114,000
Salary range: $87,767 – $127,228
Eligible employees may also receive an annual performance-based incentive rewarding contributions to success.
Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday with one weekday off for working Saturday.
Branch hours: Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Flexibility required to meet current and future business needs.
About the role
Lead the overall leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of a high-volume Tier III branch. Engage, develop, and support team members to provide guidance and solutions that build long-term customer relationships and achieve business results.
Responsibilities
- Achieve customer and employee satisfaction targets
- Maintain satisfactory branch audits
- Ensure efficient branch operations and monitor service quality standards
- Develop high-performing teams
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key members and community partners
- Meet assigned sales measures across Personal, Business, and Wealth lines of business
- Manage noninterest income and expense budgets
- Perform effective coaching tailored to individual needs, encouraging skill development and proactive engagement
- Foster a culture aligned with ESL’s core values and purpose
- Engage in continuous self-development and talent development
- Support employees in reaching their full potential
- Ensure employee understanding of and engagement in ESL’s corporate strategy, policies, and processes
- Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop and support a culture of recognition within the branch and across ESL
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of sales leadership success in financial services or comparable industry
- Demonstrated leadership in high-potential market areas
- Strong financial services product knowledge
- Proven ability to develop, engage, and motivate teams
- Strong communication skills with ability to relate to individuals at all levels
- Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
