Branch Manager- Montrose, PA

About The Position

As a Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, coach and develop your team, and drive service and sales performance. You will create a strong member experience by setting clear expectations, supporting daily operations, and building a culture grounded in the organization's values. This role also plays an important part in growing the branch through community involvement, relationship building, and business development efforts.

• Lead the branch team in achieving service, sales, and operational goals.
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support performance and career growth.
• Promote a positive, values-driven culture and lead by example.
• Build relationships in the community and identify opportunities to support branch growth.
• Ensure branch activities follow applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, or 4–6 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
• Previous leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong communication, organization, and member service skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
• Ability to obtain a notary license within 1 year of accepting the role.
• Financial services experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm
• Compensation Range: $75,000/yr. – $90,000/yr.
