Branch Manager - Industrial

Essential Functions

• Support Customers production facilities via Endries VMI system and local Endries stockroom personnel.
• Hands on position working with customer contacts on a daily basis, while managing and directing local Endries personnel.
• Support Customer Satisfaction and profitable management of designated accounts for long-term stability, while maintaining pricing to maximize profitability.
• Review appropriate reports and records to ensure bin management system is properly maintained.
• Physically assist local Endries personnel as needed to operate VMI system.
• Aid in training new associates.

Supervisory Functions

• Utilize the company Performance Evaluation procedure or Corrective Action Policy to ensure team members meet/perform job expectations and work towards achieving future goals or improvement plans.
• Provide a healthy job environment to promote employee satisfaction and thereby decrease opportunity for turnover.

Education/Training Required

• Associate degree in Business, or equivalent educational experience.
• Business classes or equivalent.

Experience/Skills Required

• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
• Experience in the Fastener Industry a plus.
• Product Knowledge/application.
• General business understanding.
• Good math skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs as needed to assist with VMI stocking programs.
