Must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must include only sections with real content. We have Pay Range: $73,714.00 - $98,285.00. So we need a Pay section with that. We can combine responsibilities and tasks into a Responsibilities section. Education and Experience: "4 year college degree or equivalent retail, retail banking, or financial services experiencePrior sales management experience required with increased levels of responsibilityBusiness development & outside business sales experience required". Need to parse: It's a bit run-on. We'll list as bullet points. Skills and Abilities: list. Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements: Travel less than 50%, Driver's License required, Reliable transportation required, NMLS Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire. Physical Requirements: Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers, Stationary 50% of the time, Move about within or between locations, Bend, Twist, Crouch, Squat, Move objects to Maximum 20 lbs. Why Work at NBT etc: includes sections: Wellbeing, Community Involvement, Culture, Career Development, Total Rewards, Business Stability, Benefits for Full-Time Employees, Benefits for Part-Time Employees Working 20+ Hours/Week, Benefits for All Part-Time Employees. We need to include Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It does state benefits. So we can include Benefits section summarizing the benefits described. However we must not create filler sections like Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated, so we can include Benefits. We should not include Schedule section because not mentioned. We need to avoid duplication. We'll combine similar benefit info into a Benefits section with bullet list. We must not include application instructions, visa sponsorship note? That's maybe minor metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." The visa sponsorship note is minor metadata; we can include in a short p at end maybe. We must not repeat job title. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

Check for any repeated content: we have covered all substantive info. No schedule section. No job title repeated. No boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed "Why Work at NBT" sections like Wellbeing, Community Involvement, Culture, Career Development, Total Rewards, Business Stability because they are more promotional; but they contain substantive info about benefits and culture. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could incorporate those into Benefits or maybe a separate "About NBT" section? But we already have Benefits covering many of those points. The "Wellbeing", "Community Involvement", "Culture", "Career Development", "Total Rewards", "Business Stability" are descriptive but could be considered filler. The instruction says to include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Those sections have real content (e.g., "Wellbeing At NBT, we value and support your wellbeing by offering generous time-off policies, wellness initiatives and flexible work arrangements..."). That is specific content. However we already have Benefits covering time off etc. The "Wellbeing" section is somewhat overlapping with Benefits but also includes wellness initiatives, flexible work arrangements. Could be considered part of Benefits or a separate "Work Environment" section. But to keep few sections, we could merge into Benefits or maybe a "Workplace Culture" section. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine those into Benefits or maybe a "About NBT" section. But we already have Benefits covering many of those points; the culture statements are not benefits per se but could be placed under a "Workplace Culture" section. However we might risk creating a thin section. Let's see if we can incorporate them into Benefits as bullet points: "Generous time‑off policies, wellness initiatives, flexible work arrangements", "Volunteer service and charitable partnerships", "Supportive leadership where every voice matters", "Development programs and tools for career growth", "Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, performance‑based incentives", "Stable financial institution with 165‑year history". Those are substantive. We could add a section "About NBT" with those points. But that would increase sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we keep Benefits as is and drop the other descriptive sections because they are somewhat covered by Benefits and not essential. However we might lose some info like "Community Involvement" and "Culture". But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must preserve that info. So we need to include it somewhere. We could create a section "Workplace Culture" with bullet points summarizing those points. That would be substantive, not thin. Let's do that. Thus sections: Pay, Responsibilities, Education and Experience, Skills and Abilities, Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements, Physical Requirements, Benefits, Workplace Culture. We must not include Schedule. Now ensure we didn't miss any info: "Oversees a Tier III branch." covered. "As a leader of the branch team, is a role model in providing exceptional customer service while promoting and offering bank products and services, as they coincide with customer need." covered. "Leads, manages and coaches their branch team to achieve sales objectives." covered. "Is responsible
