Responsibilities
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate branch staff.
- Schedule and direct daily workloads of direct reports.
- Direct daily branch workflows including billing coordination, inventory controls, and distribution logistics.
- Ensure assigned Nurse Navigator HME provides clinical oversight on all patients.
- Oversee the branch budget, manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, analyze cost metrics, and implement strategies to meet financial KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, EEOICPA, and Company standards and policies.
- Conduct periodic field visits with patients to ensure high-quality care, resolve escalated equipment issues, or audit field technician performance.
- From time-to-time, actively assist with equipment deliveries, setups, and troubleshooting during peak volumes, staffing shortages, or emergency/on-call situations to safeguard patient care continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent combined experience).
- 3+ years of management experience in home health, durable medical equipment, or healthcare operations and logistics.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Pay
USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
