Branch Manager - Disaster Restoration

Our team provides emergency response, mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties impacted by water, fire, smoke, mold, storm and other property damage events. We are seeking a Branch Manager with disaster restoration industry experience to lead and grow our Albany branch, which serves the Capital Region and surrounding areas of Upstate New York. This role is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and people leadership of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, profitable growth, and efficient project execution. We are open to experienced restoration industry leaders ready to take the next step in their careers, including successful Mitigation Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Field Operations Supervisors with a strong track record of leadership and business performance. The ideal candidate brings deep restoration industry expertise, sound business judgment, financial discipline, and the ability to develop and inspire teams.

Location: Albany, NY. Disaster restoration industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations, including restoration, customer service, and business development activities.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and branch performance through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Manage branch financial performance, including budgeting, labor management, job costing, and P&L accountability.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, property managers and referral partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, property owners, and other referral sources to drive business growth.
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in disaster restoration (water, fire, mold, storm, or reconstruction services).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop employees and manage performance.
• Experience managing budgets, financial metrics, and business operations is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Pay

Base salary $80K–$90K plus bonus.
