Branch Manager - DC NoVa Market - Arlington VA

About the role

As a Branch Manager at a Chase Branch, you will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with hospitality, delivering banking solutions and financial technology while collaborating with experts to meet clients' specialized financial needs.

• Forge relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and engage with the community.

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.

Training and Travel

You will successfully complete the Branch Manager Training Program before placement. Travel may be required for in-person training and meetings, including some out-of-state travel.

Compliance and Licensing

This position is subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on JPMC’s review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, and other relevant information. Felony convictions within the last seven years will disqualify you. Continued employment requires compliance with these requirements. Additionally, this role requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon employment, you must register or update your existing registration to reflect your role at JPMorganChase. Compliance with the SAFE Act, including annual renewal, is mandatory.
