About the role
The Branch Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of the branch, including personnel management, customer service, and loan generation. They are responsible for maintaining branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervises Universal Bankers, managing schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Manages customer relationships, resolves issues, and promotes products and services.
- Reviews and approves daily overdraft reports, monitors branch operations, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
- Develops employees for career advancement and participates in community activities.
- Works with customers on past due accounts, prepares loan packages, and coordinates with Loan Administration for adverse action forms.
- Maintains building maintenance, identifies and mitigates fraud risks, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Expands the customer base through marketing and networking, solicits business from non-borrowing customers, and generates credit, deposit, and fee business.
- Delivers high-quality service and embodies the company's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of related experience and a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong leadership, customer service, and sales skills are essential, along with a thorough understanding of banking regulations and policies.

Pay
The hiring pay range for this position is $60,320 - $88,400 per year, with an additional $2,080.00 per year available under the Spanish Communication Assistant Program.
