Responsible for managing a branch team, overseeing daily operations, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations including customer service, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals through strategic planning and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of retail or sales management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
