Responsible for managing a branch team, overseeing daily operations, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including customer service, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals through strategic planning and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail or sales management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

$X per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
