Branch Manager

About the role

This role is designed for those individuals who will be instrumental in developing performance driven results without sacrificing outstanding company culture. You’ll partner closely with other leadership members to keep X2 as cohesive as possible.

Responsibilities

• Closing your own loans
• Implementing new techniques and procedures to increase overall branch loan volume
• Motivating and mentoring loan officers
• Managing and de-escalating files when issues arise

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-7 years in a similar mortgage production role
• Minimum of $32,250,000 in closed loan volume in the previous 12 months
• Incredibly thorough understanding of mortgage loan guidelines and processes
• Positive attitude with leadership background and qualities
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment
