Branch Manager

About the role

Responsible for performing building envelope repair tasks including but not limited to roof repairs, siding installations, and window replacements. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Performing detailed inspections of buildings to identify damage areas
• Assessing structural integrity and recommending appropriate repair methods
• Installing new materials such as shingles, siding, and windows
• Using specialized tools and equipment to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Documenting progress and communicating with clients and supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in construction or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
