About the role
Responsible for managing a branch, overseeing operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage customer relationships, resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of retail or customer service experience.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay
