About the role
This role is responsible for managing a branch, overseeing operations, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the branch
- Manage staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a managerial capacity
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
