Branch Manager

Role Summary: Manage day-to-day branch operations and drive sales performance. Supervise, coach, and develop branch associates to ensure strong service delivery and productivity. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations, including sales execution and customer service.Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff to meet performance and service standards.Ensure strict adherence to banking policies, regulations, and internal procedures.Handle and resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and accuracy.Support business development initiatives to grow revenue and customer engagement.Maintain oversight of branch security and facilities to ensure a safe, compliant environment. Qualifications & Skills Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.Strong leadership and team development skills.In-depth understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory adherence.Excellent problem-solving and customer resolution capabilities.Proven ability to support sales and business growth in a branch setting.
