About the role
The role of Branch Manager involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a financial institution branch.
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve branch goals.
- Ensure customer service standards are met and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch productivity and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss progress and address issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with financial software systems.

Pay
$X per hour, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
