BRANCH MANAGER

Requirements

• Top Performers with Present or Previous GILA Branch Management experience or Lengthy GILA Assistant Management or Customer Service Experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills

• Maintain communication between the staff and upper management.
• Support, train, and guide the staff.
• Ensure minimum required monthly and annual branch profit standards, expectations and objectives are consistently achieved each month and year.
• Ensure minimum required operational standards are achieved by the 10th, 20th, and month end consistently achieved each month and year.
• Ensure minimum required tax preparation objectives are consistently achieved each tax season.
• Maintain consistent growth in accounts and receivables through retention of customers and effective advertisement.
• Train all employees on how to properly perform all functions of a loan office, to include: take and process an application, how to properly work the counter and take payments, how to properly enforce the contract with customers, how to properly make collection calls, and how to properly close a loan.
• Approve and close all New, FB, and Dual loans.
• Handle, approve, and close all delinquent loans (30 days or more past due).
• Distribute Life, Accident and Health, Auto, and Fire Insurance claims to customers.
• Verify cash monthly by balancing cash drawers and maintaining cash count records.
• Protect all customer information making certain all customer information is properly accounted for at all times and is stored securely each day before closing the office.

Pay

Over $100,000 per year including base salary, monthly profit-sharing bonus, annual profit-sharing bonus, and annual tax preparation bonus plans.

Schedule

Primary work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
