Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, compliance, and superior service delivery
• Manage and monitor branch activities and performance
• Open new accounts and oversee consumer lending and loan production
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
• Drive membership growth and community engagement
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees
• Support staff retention and foster a productive, team-oriented culture
• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the Regional Team and senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and achieve organizational objectives
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, service excellence, and operational integrity

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in business or a related field
• Prior experience within a credit union or financial institution
• Demonstrated expertise in branch operations, consumer lending, and staff management
• Strong knowledge of financial services policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• A strong commitment to delivering a member-centric service experience
• Familiarity with financial services software and operational systems
