Position details

Department: Operations. Reports to: Regional Operations Manager. Location: Carlsbad, NM. Type: Full-Time. Travel required: None.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations
• Build and maintain key customer relationships
• Execute company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Manage facility maintenance and security
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Execute branch business plans

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; degree preferred
• 2+ years management experience
• Strong understanding of operations
• Experience in industrial distribution preferred
• Proven leadership and team development skills
