Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As a Branch Manager, you'll lead all operations and team members in a growing branch.

Responsibilities

• Have full P&L responsibility for the branch
• Support and guide Account and Production Managers
• Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes
• Grow a collaborative and accountable team environment
• Develop branch staff through providing learning and coaching opportunities
• Strengthen and build relationships with clients and the community

Requirements

• 3+ years' relevant experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry
• Proven experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems, and demonstrate careful attention to detail
• Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective team leader
• Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals, etc.)
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• A winning attitude
